Coffee per serving: £1.50
Tea per serving: £1.50
Mineral water per 1ltr bottle: £3.50

Alternatively a food and beverage price of £8 per delegate including mixed sandwiches, olive and cheese bites, homemade sausage rolls, plus unlimited tea and coffee is available. Any other menu requirements are available upon request.

Conference pads, pens, cordials and water are complimentary for all conference rooms.

Conference Cancellations

More than 24 hours notice must be given in order to avoid incurring 100% of the total booking. All bookings must be secured by a credit card which we reserve the right to charge for any incident.

The Cedar Hotel can accommodate up to 30 delegates in the main conference suite.

All of The Cedar meeting rooms have natural daylight and Wi-Fi internet access.

The hotel has ample free parking for delegates.
